During your First Trimester I massage with some support under your belly to ensure there is no strain on lower back and other supportive bolsters under shoulders, you will not be on your stomach for more than 30 minutes, Remainder of massage whilst you are supine on your back to complete the massage

2nd and 3rd Trimester I prefer Side Lying with pillows for comfort, side lying reduces risk of lordosis of the lower back , comfort for mother and child, - if you do prefer on your stomach until 21 weeks we can discus this option. will require padding.
